However, it will be possible to apply even if there is a court ruling denying the application, dismissing the case, or acquitting the international protection\u00a0<\/strong>at the time of submission of the application or during its processing.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Having remained in national territory continuously for at least the two years prior to the submission of said application.\u00a0<\/strong>For these purposes, when the foreign person has been an applicant for international protection, the time spent in Spain during the processing of the application for international protection until its final resolution in administrative and, where applicable, judicial proceedings will not be counted.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Not to pose a threat to public order, safety, or public health.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Having no criminal record in Spain<\/strong>\u00a0and in the countries where he has resided for the last five years, for crimes existing in the Spanish legal system.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Not to be listed as rejectable<\/strong>\u00a0in the territorial space of countries with which Spain has signed an agreement in
