residence due to exceptional circumstances<\/strong>\u00a0which may be granted to foreign citizens who have been in Spain for a minimum period of two years and have one or more employment style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Not being a citizen of a European Union State<\/strong>, from the European Economic Area or Switzerland, or a family member of citizens of these countries to whom the Union citizen regime applies.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Being in Spain and not having the status of applicant for international protection\u00a0<\/strong>at the time of submission of the application or during its processing.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Having remained in national territory continuously for at least the two years prior to the submission of said application.\u00a0<\/strong>For these purposes, when the foreign person has been an applicant for international protection, the time spent in Spain during the processing of the application for international protection until its final resolution in administrative and, where applicable, judicial proceedings will not be counted.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Not to pose a threat to public order, safety, or public health.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Having no criminal record in Spain<\/strong>\u00a0and in the countries where he has resided for the last five years, for crimes existing in the Spanish legal system.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Not to be listed as rejectable<\/strong>\u00a0in the territorial space of countries with which Spain has signed an agreement in this regard.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Not to be found<\/strong>, where applicable, within the period of\u00a0<strong>commitment not to return to Spain<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Pay the at least the minimum interprofessional wage or the wage established, where applicable, in the applicable collective agreement, at the time of the application, in proportion to the working day, and the Authorities of the country or countries in which you have resided during the five years prior to entering Spain.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Employment contract(s)
