nationality:<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><div><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Full copy of the passport, or the national identity document, in force.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. In cases of application in favor of a spouse or partner, a declaration of responsibility stating that no other spouse or partner resides with him in Spain.<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Regarding the foreign relative:<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><div><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Complete copy of the passport, travel document, valid.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Documentation proving the existence of the family link with the family member of Spanish nationality.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. In cases where required, documentation proving that the family member is dependent on the family member of Spanish nationality.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. In the case of other members of your family (case i. of the list of situations described above) you must prove dependency, cohabitation, degree of kinship and, where applicable, the existence of serious health reasons or disability.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. In the case of a stable couple, documentation that justifies the existence of a stable relationship with the partner of Spanish nationality, the time of cohabitation and, where applicable, birth certificate of the common descendants.<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Criminal record certificate<\/strong>\u00a0issued by the Authorities of the country or countries in which you have resided during the five years prior to entering Spain.<\/li><li><strong>Medical certificate<\/strong>\u00a0that proves that he\/she does not suffer from any of the diseases with repercussions on public health of the International Health Regulations of 2005.<\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>In the event of being married in a second marriage,\u00a0<strong>proof of dissolution of previous marriage(s)<\/strong>.
