style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Not being a citizen of a European Union State<\/strong>, from the European Economic Area or from Switzerland.<\/li><li><strong>Lack of criminal record\u00a0<\/strong>in Spain and in the countries where he has resided for the last five years, for crimes existing in the Spanish legal system.<\/li><li><strong>Not to be listed as rejectable<\/strong>\u00a0in the territorial space of countries with which Spain has signed an agreement in this regard.<\/li><li><strong>Not to be found<\/strong>, where applicable, within the period of\u00a0<strong>commitment not to return to Spain<\/strong>\u00a0that the foreign person has assumed upon voluntarily returning to their country of origin.<\/li><li><strong>Not to pose a threat to public order, safety or public health.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>To be in one of these situations<\/strong>:\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Continuity will not be affected<\/strong>\u00a0by:<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Absences from Spanish territory of up to six continuous months,<strong>\u00a0provided that the sum does not exceed ten months within the five years.\u00a0<\/strong>If it&#039;s for work-related reasons<strong>\u00a0the total cannot exceed eighteen months within the required five years<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Absences from Spanish territory due to\u00a0<strong>duly justified force majeure causes<\/strong>, The competent body to resolve this is responsible for assessing individually whether there is an exceptional situation that justifies such absences.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 The link meditates on a\u00a0<strong>employment relationship of the authorization holder to non-governmental organizations<\/strong>, Foundations or associations, registered in the corresponding general registry and officially recognized as being of public benefit as Likewise, to be\u00a0<strong>resident beneficiary of a contributory pension for total permanent disability or severe disability,<\/strong>\u00a0included within the protective action of the Spanish Social Security system\u00a0<strong>or similar features<\/strong>\u00a0to the previous ones obtained in Spain and consisting of a non-capitalizable lifetime annuity sufficient for their support.<\/li><li>Be\u00a0<strong>resident and born in Spain<\/strong>\u00a0and that, upon reaching the age of majority, they have resided in Spain legally and continuously for at least the\u00a0<strong>three consecutive years immediately preceding the application.<\/strong><\/li><li>To have been\u00a0<strong>Spanish by origin and having lost Spanish nationality.<\/strong><\/li><li>Be\u00a0<strong>resident who, upon reaching the age of majority, has been under the guardianship of a Spanish public entity for the five years immediately preceding consecutively<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Be\u00a0<strong>stateless person, refugee or beneficiary of subsidiary protection<\/strong>, to be in Spanish territory and to have been\u00a0<strong>recognized the respective status in Spain or in another EU Member State.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>To have made a notable contribution to the economic, scientific or cultural progress of Spain, or to the projection of Spain abroad<\/strong>. In these cases, the granting of long-term residence authorization will be the responsibility of the Minister of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, following a report from the Minister of the Interior.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Pay the fee<\/strong>\u00a0corresponding to the processing of the the Directorate General of Migration, after a proposal from a public authority with competence related to the merit on which the request is based.<\/li><li><strong>Full copy of the applicant&#039;s passport, travel document recognized as valid in Spain or registration certificate.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Proof of payment of the fee<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Mandate <\/strong>in favor of the manager.<\/li><li>In the case of applications based on previous periods of residence, a report issued by the regional authorities, or those competent in each case, or by the educational center that accredits the\u00a0<strong>schooling of the minors in their care<\/strong>\u00a0who are of compulsory school age.<\/li><li><strong>Depending on the assumption<\/strong>:<ul><li>Documentation proving that you are in one of the cases provided for in article 183.3, sections c) af) of the Regulation (cases included in the section \u201crequirements\u201d of this sheet).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>In your
